Mumbai based interactive technology company - Octant Interactive Technologies Ltd has acquired Esha News Monitoring for an undisclosed sum. Octant Interactive Technologies, primarily engaged in the development of software solutions has recently diversified into interactive technology space with the development of intellectual property rights and emergency health care services. ESHA provides broadcast monitoring and analysis to corporate houses, governments, NGOs and researchers. It provides media monitoring services in India with over 150 employees monitoring over 130 channels round the clock. Firstcall India Equity Advisors, Mumbai, were the advisors for the transaction.
