Grant Thorton India has appointed Centrum Capital's Munesh Khanna its new senior partner for it's M&A and PE advisory businesses.

According to ET, Alok Gupta, former CEO of Axis Private Equity has joined US-based Gerken Capital Associates as senior advisor and managing director (India) to head its EMF-VII, an emerging markets private equity fund of funds.

Aashish Kamat will head UBS AG's India unit replacing Manisha Girotra, who will leave the company at the end of the year.
