PTC Financial Services Raises $21.37 Mn Through NCDs

PTC India Financial Services Ltd (PFS) has raised $21.37 Mn by issuing secured NCDs. The 2 year bonds carry a coupon rate of 9.35% to be paid annually. The will be utilized to fund the growth plans of the company.

PFS - incorporated in 2006 - is the investment arm of PTC India Ltd. It invests in projects, fuel sources, related infrastructure like gas pipelines, LNG terminals, ports, equipment manufacturers like transformers, conductors, insulators, cables etc. PTC holds 77.60% stake in the company. PTC India is into power trading.

Earlier in Sept'09, PFS raised $22 Mn by issuing 5 year bonds. PFS has a total net worth of $85.48 Mn. PFS has sanctioned $97 Mn as equity, $176.5 Mn as debt and $96 Mn as mezzanine finance for the companies engaged in power generation and allied activities.
