Aptus is also acquiring a majority stake in Structures 18 Infra Tech. Structures 18 is an engineering services, auto CAD, CADCAM solutions company based in Hyderabad.
Recently in this space, Mahindra Satyam acquired majority stake in Complex IT, SAP consulting providers, in Brazil; Gemini Communication Ltd. has sold its entire equity holding of 51% in Veeras Infotek Pvt. Ltd. to an unidentified buyer.
