Verlinvest SA has picked up around 10% stake in Future Ventures India for around R110 - 130 Cr. The stake was mostly acquired from the open market over the last three to four months, according to ET.Kishore Biyani plans to realign Future Ventures into two operating entities - food and fashion, to attract fresh strategic and financial investments.
The company has mandated PricewaterhouseCoopers and law firm AZB & Partners to advise it on the restructuring exercise.
