BITS Pilani is close to buy out its partner ETA Star Group's stake in Dubai Campus for R100 Cr. The institute is planning for an expansion to reinvent itself as a teaching and research institute, according to ET.
BITS Pilani will take over the rights to manage the infrastructure for the Dubai campus. The buy-out will lead to exit for ETA star from Dubai JV.
California based WAN optimization venture Aryaka Networks has raised $16 Mn (c.R100 Cr) in fresh round led by Nexus Venture Partners along with the participation from existing investors including InterWest Partners, Mohr Davidow Ventures, Presidio Ventures and Trinity Ventures.
