Videocon Industries is planning to sell its direct-to-home (DTH) business and is in talk with one of its rival in the industry, according to FE.
Before the deal, Videocon will form a JV with a foreign operator and is in talk with a big DTH operator from US.
Last November, the company was planning to sell 25% stake for around $75-$100Mn to PE firms, but no further development happened.
