BCCL Invests In Cerebra Integrated Technologies
Bennet Coleman & Co Ltd has invested R1.08Cr in Cerebra Intergrated Technologies Limited through convertible warrants.
The company issued 288172 warrants convertible to shares of R10/- each at a premium of R36.5/- to BCCL.
Bangalore based, Cerebra Integrated provides software services, IT training and consulting, and IT Solutions comprising of LPO, BPO and KPO services. It has over 50000 installations of PC's & Servers across the country.
Last June, Cerebra Integrated acquired majority stake in Geeta Monitors Private Limited, an IT products distributor.
Geeta Moitors is engaged in marketing of computers, electronic components, computer peripherals and consumables. It has a strategic partnership with IT firms like IBM, HP, Lenovo, Dell, Microsoft, Fujitsu, APC, RGS Rebar & PAC Soft. Company has over 5000 customers across different industry verticals.
Cerebra Integrated on BSE
Cerebra have also partnered with Singapore-based Cimelia Resource Recovery, to set up e-waste recycling unit in Peenya, Bangalore.
