Loginworks Softwares has raised VC funding from IncuCapital for scaling up it's internal communication and document management service - TaskTrek.

Tasktrek - an internal communication solution was launched in September'10. It targets small and mid segment enterprises for organizing all work related communication and information in one place. Loginworks has been installed at SME, CRY (Child Rights and You), Karnataka State Police Housing Corporation and Actimedia among others.

Loginworks Softwares is an indigenous software development company, established in 2006 by Dheeraj Juneja. The company provides end-to-end IT solutions across sectors and products. Services include data mining, website to m-site conversion, customized software development, software maintenance, website design & development and applications for mobile devices.

It has a team of 14 members comprising of designers, content writers, marketing professionals and developers.

IncuCapital Advisors - a subsidiary of IndiaCo Ventures Ltd launched it first fund, a R100Cr 'IncuCapital Fund I' last year in June.

The fund's investment committee will include co founders of IncuCapital - Manish Kumar and Surojit Nandy; Rahul Patwardhan, Indiaco Ventures Vice Chairman and Vikram Gupta, founder of IvyCap Venture.

The fund will invest in early stage ventures and the deal size will be between Rs.50 lakh and Rs.8 Cr.
