Chennai based 
Hindusthaan Eco Ventures Private Limited has filed DRHP to raise IPO by fresh issue of 9 Mn shares, which constitute 45% post issue paid up capital of the company.
The funds raised will be used for expansion of contract farming & development of animal husbandry (R25.31Cr); setting up cold storage plant (R4.04Cr); investment in wholly owned subsidiary (R13.93Cr) and for working capital requirement(R7.5Cr).
Comfort Securities is the book running lead manager to the issue.
Incorporated in 1990, Hindusthaan Eco Ventures is engaged in integrated operations of agriculture and manufacturing of organic pesticides and manure through its subsidiary Basarass Bio Con (India) Private Limited.
The company was initially engaged in the agricultural operations of cultivation, processing and distribution of basic agricultural commodities such as vegetables and fruits through traditional mechanism and later on adopted the model of Contract Farming.
Hindusthaan Eco currently operate in area of agriculture operations, Bio–Agri Inputs viz. Bio-fertilizers & Bio-pesticides and agri-clinic which provides agri based consultancy and technical inputs
Promoters - Onnappan Chettiar Ramadoss Murugadass, Sudandradass Onnappan Ramadass together wit promoter group old 72.72% stake in the company.
