DealCurry is a well followed industry insider publication visited by large number of professionals in the deal space in India and increasingly global. DealForwards is a platform to leverage the reach and provide tools to end users of DealCurry.com and KVEZAR, to help them find the market for their deals.

No, you need ONE TIME KVEZAR INSTALLATION to respond to deals.
How do I know that, I am an Existing user?
If you receive DealCurry Newsletter, Kvezar Transaction Alert than you are an existing user.
What is my password?
If you have not installed KVEZAR, you might not know your password, hit 'Forgot Password'.
What is the guarantee of validity of the deals?
There IS a guarantee that the counter party to whatever you see on the screen is verified by DealCurry. Their existence, elementary background check, trade references, may be physical locations etc.
Currently there’s NO guarantee that deals are valid. You can be assured though, we’re tracking deals that never meet the counter-party and making some assumptions about the players. And we’ll put indicators on them to let ensure good compliance.
Do you do any kind of verification?
Yes, we do. As mentioned above.
What’s the cost of posting/ responding to the deals?
For posting deals, Beta version of DealForwards comes almost free. 1 month of free posting. And then a small token fee for annual deal listings.
For responding – it’s a free tool, till we decide to charge. And it’s some time away.
What’s the mechanism?

Why do I have to download KVEZAR software and install on my machine?
KVEZAR provides so much background information to any deal and other relevant material that a professional would like to know; that it's just common sense to deliver this intelligence through KVEZAR - Integrated Deal Research Platform.
Moreover, we're hoping that you'll simply fall in love with the 'from ratings to listing (and then delisting too)' - transaction tracking service and buy it.
Can I be anonymous? To what stage?
Yes sir, sure. Infact that’s the point. We’re providing the tools to ensure both parties stay behind the veil, and yet be sure that the offer is genuine.
You don’t shake the hands till the time both of you decide to do. How does that work? Once you download the software and get into the DealForwards section – you’ll get instruction manual.
Will you EVER charge a portion of the probable fees for deals executed through this platform?
If you are genuinely asking that question, you can’t be an investment banker, a buyside or atleast a finance professional. Student – aah, good luck for your placements.
