Feedback Infrastructure Raises Rs100Cr By Placing NCDs
Feedback Infrastructure Services has raised Rs100Cr by placing NCD`s to it`s shareholders L&T, IDFC and HDFC.
IDFC owns 24.61%, L&T owns 23.16% while HDFC owns 11.07% in the company. The NCDs were issued in proportion of the shareholding. The funds will be used to finance the growth plans and add more projects to the current order book of Rs.300Cr.
Feedback infrastructure Services Company provides advisory, engineering, and capacity building services to corporates, governments, and development organizations in the infrastructure sector.
Feedback is presently working on more than 35,000 MW of new power generation capacity; 20,000 km of National and State Highways; 100,000 acres of real estate development and a building area of more than 22 mn Sqft.
