SEBI Guidelines For Issue & Listing Of Structured Products

SEBI come out with guidelines for the issue of Structured Products and Market Linked Debentures. These guidelines will be applicable to the hybrid securities which have features of plain vanilla debt and exchange traded derivatives.

The document (See Below) include guidelines for eligibility criteria for issuers, minimum ticket size, disclosure policy and appointment of a credit rating agency for valuation.
