Focus Softnet has acquired stake in Bangalore based healthcare IT company - Insta Health Solutions Private Limited. The deal details were not disclosed.
Focus Softnet had entered into a partnership deal with Insta Heath in November'10 for distributing Insta Health's hospital management software in the GCC Region.
Through the company’s partnership agreement last year, Focus Softnet signed on Life Line Health Group as the first client in the region to deploy Insta HMS at their facilities. The companies also bagged few more orders including Children’s Medical Centre and Al Mazroui Clinic.
Founded by Ramesh Emani, Insta Health is a hospital management system and EMR solutions company. The company has raised VC funding from Inventus Capital Partners and Mumbai Angels in 2009.
Focus Software provides ERP solutions and Business Intellignce solutions in Education and warehousing space.
