Mumbai Angels has invested over Rs.4.5 Cr (around $1 Mn) in DEXL Education Services India Private Limited, a IIT-JEE tutorial institute.

The funds raised will be used to expand infrastructure, to increase the team, for business promotion and for working capital requirements.

From Mumbai Angels, Alok Agarwal, Ajit Surana, Anand Ladsariya and Nilesh Shah have joined DEXL's board, while Anil Joshi will be a Board Observer.
