Subhajit Chowdhary Joins Barclays Shared Services As CFO

Subhajit Chowdhary joins Barclays Shared Services, a subsidiary of Barclays Bank Plc as the Chief Financial Officer.

Chowdhary will be responsible for the overall management of the company's finance department as well as regulatory compliance. He will report to Sameer Chadha, CEO Barclays Shared Services India, and also serve as a member of the BSS Management Committee.

He joins Barclays Shared Services from Fidelity National Information Services (FIS).

Barclays Shared Services (BSS) provides operations support and services to the businesses within Barclays Global Retail Banking and Barclays Corporate and has been present in India for three years and currently has offices in Noida and Chennai.
