Saffron Capital Advisors was the sole advisor to this transaction.

Visionary RCM was founded by Rajesh P Surana, along with Sundara Rajan and Abhaya Kumar in 2006.
VRCM is a technology company focusing on providing customer focused Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Services. The company has a delivery center in Chennai.
Other players in this space are Ajuba, Apollo Health Street and Perot Systems.
In 2007, Apollo Health Street acquired US-based Zavata Inc for $170 Mn. The acquisition was funded through a combination of $120 Mn of debt and $50 Mn of equity.
IndoUS Venture Partners provides early and mid-stage funding to companies in India. It has invested in Gradatim, Myantra, Seventymm among others.
Last month, the firm put in additional funds in Attero Recycling Private Limited along with Granite Hill India and Draper Fisher Jurveston.
