ICICI Buys Delta Plaza From Delta Corp For Rs 150 Cr
Delta Corp Limited has sold Delta Plaza (land and building) to ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited for Rs 250 Cr.
The property is located at Cadell Road in Prabhadevi, Mumbai.

Delta Corp-promoted by Mr. Jaydev Mody has several lines of businesses such as textile, real estate, gaming, aviation and hospitality.
The company had a income of Rs 321.50 Mn and net profit of Rs 40.30 Mn for the quarter ending June 2010.
In January, the company has bought out 50.99% stake in Advani Pleasure Cruise Co Pvt Ltd from Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Ltd.
Earlier this month, HDIL acquired a 11-acre land at Mahul in Mumbai for Rs.150 Cr while Sunteck Realty bought a 6-acre land in Goregaon, Mumbai for Rs 150 Cr.
