Update: Cox & Kings Raises $65 Mn Via GDR

Cox & Kings has raised $65 Mn via GDR which will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The company is looking for acquisitions in US, Canada, England, Australia and New Zealand, a part of the funds will also be used for acquisitions.

Cox and Kings India reported a turnover of Rs.78.64 Cr for Q1 FY2011 with a PAT of Rs.26.47 Cr for the same period.
