Rasoya Proteins To Raise $50 Mn For Expansion
Rasoya Proteins Ltd is raising $50 Mn through FCCB / GDRs / ADRs / Secured Premium Notes (SPN).
The fund will be used to fund its expansion plans.
Rasoya is also considering to increase its authorized share capital from Rs.35 Cr to Rs.70 Cr.
Nagpur-based Rasoya Proteins Ltd is engaged in the extraction of soya crude oil by solvent extraction process and sells its soya refined oil under the brand name 'Rasoya'.
Rasoya Proteins products include soya meals/de-oiled cake and various kinds of soya flours.
It supplies through a channel of distributors within all over Maharashtra state and it is now planning o launch the product in Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and Chhattisgarh in its effort to become a national brand in soya refined oil segment.
During Q4 2010, it reported a PAT of Rs 8.51 Mn with the net sales of Rs.825.63 Mn for the same quarter.
Tara Health Foods has filed DRHP to raise up to $42mn (Rs.190 Cr).
Sanwaria Agro is planning to raise Rs.200 Cr via QIP.
