Net 4 India Raises Rs 8 Cr from Quilvest PE
Net 4 India Limited has raised Rs 8 Cr from Quilvest Group by diluting 3.46% stake in the company.
The company has alloted about 7 lakh shares at a price of Rs 116 per share (including premium of Rs 106 per share) to QS India Hosting on preferential basis.
Net 4 India plans to use the funds to finance its capex plans over the next 3 years.

Net4 India provides services to businesses and its offerings include Enterprise Internet Services, Data Centre Solutions, VoIP Solutions, and Enterprise Messaging & Hosting Solutions.
The company had previously raised $3.19 Mn from Madison India Capital Advisors and $1.87 Mn from Granite Hill India Opportunities Fund.
The total consolidated revenue for the quarter ended 30th June 2010 stood at Rs 49.03 cr. as compared to Rs 38.54 cr. reported for the corresponding quarter in last fiscal year.
Quilvest PE has over $2,5 bn under management and is an active investor in both private equity funds and private companies. It has an indirect investment in SKS Microfinance through its investment in Kismet Capital.
