India 2020 Limited has invested Rs 34 Cr in 
Dhanuka Agritech Limited for 8.25% stake in the company.
The company has been alloted 8.25 lakh shares at Rs 411 each on preferential allotment basis.Transwarranty Finance Limited was the advisor to this transaction.
