Shiv Vani Oil To Raise $75 Mn Through FCCBs
Shiv Vani Oil & Gas is raising $75 Mn through FCCBs with a maturity period of 5 years and a coupon of 5% p.a.
The funds raised will be used for international expansion, in R&D and for working capital needs.
Jefferies International is the Lead Manager and Sole Bookrunner to the FCCB Issue.

Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd provides onshore activities, offshore operations and natural gas compression and allied services - ranging from shot hole drilling and seismic surveying to directional drilling, engineering and logistics.
In March this year, Franklin Templeton, a US fund manager, invested $20.6 Mn (around Rs 93.4 Cr) for 5.3% stake in Shiv-Vani Oil. While another PE firm, Citigroup Venture Capital International holds around 6% stake in Shiv Vani.
For 2009-10, Shiv Vani reported a turnover of Rs 10,850 Cr with net profit of Rs 955 Cr.
