iLogy Healthcare Solutions is looking to raise PE funding by diluting 49% stake.
The funds will be used to expand and get into health informatics, pharmaceuticals, content management, medical communications and knowledge consulting spaces.
It also plans to increase the headcount of doctors and other professionals from areas like pharmaceuticals and content management.

Founded in 2004 by Bimal John, Bangalore-based KPO, iLogy is into medical content and health IT knowledge solutions.
Its clients include healthcare companies and publishers like Siemens, Skyscape Inc and Reed Elsevier. It is also collaborating with Elsevier to develop medical CME solutions.
Eureka Outsourcing Solutions Pvt Ltd (earlier known as Godrej Upstream), part of the Tulip group is also planning PE funding.
This year, Quatrro BPO Solutions (P) Ltd raised $13 Mn from Walden International, Olympus Capital Holdings Asia and from other individual investor. 3i Infotech mobilised Rs.180 Cr through QIP. Also, Sequoia Capital invested $6.53 Mn in eClerx Services for a 3% stake.
