Tulsi Extrusions To Raise $15 Mn Via GDR
Tulsi Extrusions is raising $15 Mn through GDRs which is likely to open on July 30, 2010, subject to statutory and legal approvals.
The minimum issue price of the proposed GDR is Rs 34.19.

Tulsi Extrusions is engaged in manufacturing PVC pipes, PVC fabricated fittings, SWR pipes and fittings, PVC casing and Screen pipes, ASTM plumbing pipes, LLDPE pipes, HDPE pipes etc.
The company has 3 manufacturing facilities located in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. It is also setting up 1.5 MW of windmill power plant at an estimated cost of Rs 10 Cr.
In 2008, it raised Rs 48.45 Cr through IPO to fund its expansion plans.
