IDFC To Sell $76mn Bonds
Infrastructure Development Finance Corp (IDFC) will sell five-year bonds to raise $76 mn (Rs. 340 crore) on May 10.
The bonds offer a coupon of 8.15 percent. The arrangers to the transaction are 
Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, ICICI Securities PD and Trust Capital Adviser.
IDFC will raise about $244mn of debt in this week.
IDFC had earlier announced plans to raise $760mn in Tier-1 and Tier-2 capital this financial year.
