Transport Corporation Of India Acquires 51% Stake In Infinite Logistics Solutions
Transport Corporation of India Ltd(TCI) has acquired 51% stake in Infinite Logistics Solutions Pvt Ltd for Rs 1.02 Cr, valuing Infinite at Rs 2 Cr.
The remaining 49% stake will be held by Container Corp of India Ltd. The shares are being acquired from Reliance Logistics Pvt. Ltd. and Relogistics (India) Pvt. Ltd.

Infinite will operate as a subsidiary of TCI. It will use the core competencies of TCI and CONCOR in multi modal cargo transportation & supply chain and rail cargo movements to provide end to end solutions to the customers.
Infinite Logistics Solutions Pvt Ltd was formed in 2007 as a 51:49 JV between Reliance Logistics Pvt. Ltd and Container Corporation of India Ltd.
According to a report by Cushman and Wakefield, Indian logistics industry is expected to grow annually at the rate of 15 to 20%, reaching revenues of approximately $385 bn by 2015.
