Visagar Polytex To Issue Warrants to Promoters
Visagar Polytex Ltd is planning to issue 5,60,000 convertible warrants to promoters and other son preferential basis
Further, the board will have an EGM on 4, March, 2010.
The company manufactures & markets Sarees under its brand 'VIVIDHA' through its retail channel. In December 2009, Visagar Polytex opened its 15th showroom in Bhilwara.
