Kolte Patil In a 50:50 JV With Portman Holdings
Pune based Kolte Patil Developers Ltd has entered into a 50:50 JV with a subsidiary of US based Portman Holdings LLC to developa Rs 275 cr residential project in Pune.The JV will be named Bellflower Properties Pvt Ltd.
Kolte Patil has also entered into a 50:50 JV with ICICI Ventures to develop a 400-acre Township at Hinjewadi, Pune, through an SPV, I-VEN Townships (Pune) Pvt Ltd.
It also has JV agreement with Arora Holdings of UK for setting up hotels - one on Pune and other in Bangalore, wit a total investment of Rs 6 bn.
Portman Holdings LLC is a real estate development company with projects including hotels, office buildings, retail spaces and residences.
