Allied Digital Raises Rs 231.42 Cr Through QIP

Mumbai based Allied Digital Services Ltd raised Rs 231.42 cr by private placement of shares. The company alloted 4.9 mn shares at Rs 472.49 per share. The issue opened on Oct 14 and closed on Oct 16.

Allied Services operates as an IT infrastructure management and technical support outsourcing company. It has strategic alliance with companies such as IBM, Microsoft Corporation, Intel, NIIT among others.

The company has a market cap of Rs 11.6 bn and had posted a PAT of Rs 796.4 mn on revenues of Rs 5250.8 mn for the fiscal year 08/09.

Earlier in August, Allied had raised $50 mn through the QIP route.
