ING Vysya CEO Steps Down
ING Vysya Bank announced today that its CEO Vaughn Richtor has stepped down from office on completion of his three year tenure as well as a two month extension.
Vaughn joined the bank in Fabruary 2006 and will move onto another senior management role within the ING Group.
Pending appointment of a new CEO, current chief financial officer Jayant Mehrotra will take over as interim CEO, the bank said.
Mehrotra will report to ING Vysya Bank's Corporate Governance Committee Chairman Philippe Damas who will head a committee of three board members with an active management oversight role.
