Indian Angel network invests $100 mn in US based LPO

Indian Angel Network (IAN), a pan-India network of enterpreneurs and CEO's has made a strategic investment in a US based Legal process outsourcing firm, Techlit Solutions.

The IAN investors in this first round of investment are Rohit Chand, Rajan Anandan, Avinash Singh, Ajay Garg and Narian Gehani along with Gupta co-founders and some Washington DC based angel investors.

Techlit Solutions was founded recently in January 2008 by India born entrepreneur, Neal Gupta, who is also a member of IAN. The company is engaged in providing litigation support services to US law firms and corporate general counsels and is based out of Seattle.

The company plans to expand its business to Washington DC and New York City as well as set up an offshore technology center in Delhi.

IAN is a network of successful enterpreneurs and CEO's who jointly invest in high potential early stage businesses in India. The network which currently claims to have 80 members has made 16 investments over the last 24 months.
