HDIL's $300 Mn QIP Gets Through; KKR, Blackstone, Fidelity Buy in

In an early morning news - Housing Development & Infrastructure Ltd (HDIL has raised Rs 1,688.40 crore from global investors, such as KKR, Blackstone and Fidelity, in a qualified institutional placement (QIP) of its shares.

The deal could be in the range of Rs220 to Rs240 per share

The bookrunners on this deal were J.P. Morgan, Macquarie and Kotak.
